If your items are in stock, you’ll be able to select a delivery date at the time of placing your order.
If your items are not in stock, we’ll contact you once it’s available by sending an email or SMS with a link to book a suitable delivery date.
Once your delivery is booked we’ll send you a notification three days prior to your delivery date. We don’t want you waiting in all day, so we’ll also send a reminder the day before with a 2 hour window.
On the day of delivery our drivers will:
Deliver your items to the room of your choice (for upholstered* or fully assembled items).
If you would prefer our drivers to leave your items outside (eg on your driveway) please just let the drivers know when they arrive.
The driver will ask you to sign for the delivery and take an image of the item to confirm your delivery or collection has been successful.
Please note, large furniture deliveries will require a large vehicle. If you have any property access issues, please call us on 0333 777 8999 before arranging the delivery so that we can ensure everything goes smoothly.
Our standard delivery charge is £15
